The staff was phenomenal. Front desk, valet and shuttle driver (the staff does it all and multi tasks to ensure the guests are treated as their #1 priority)

Excellent location, slope-side and very close to the village. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although housekeeping was very hit and miss. The hotel has a nice large pool and 5 hot tubs. The bar area was pleasant, although could not accommodate the numbers of people. There were fire-pits outside which were fun to make S'mores in. The ski concierge was very useful and staffed with very friendly and helpful people. We had some initial teething problems when we arrived, however the hotel reception and admin staff were very helpful in sorting them out.
